A day in Nice, France (part 2)
Our second day in Nice was another relaxing day (see our first day!). We spent our morning exploring Vieux (Old) Nice and Place Massena (the famous public square). We used the Velo Bleu bike rentals to zip across Nice using the beautiful boardwalk again (Promenade des Anglais). We finished off the day by having a delicious pizza on the beach near our apartment! What a dreamy day!
A delicious breakfast provided by our sweet French host, Silvaine! It was an adventure trying to communicate with her since she only spoke French! It's amazing how much high school French comes in handy when it is all you have to help you communicate!
Beautiful Vieux (Old) Nice, filled with shops, the flower market, restaurants, and glaciers (ice cream shops).
Place Massena
Back to Vieux Nice for some gelato!
After our touristy morning, we hung out by the beach
I love looking at warm, summery pics when it's cold outside! Nice has such vibrant colours, it looks amazing.
