enchanting windsor

Windsor, how we loved you! We almost skipped on this enchanting, historical town due to the rainy forecast for the day, but aside from morning clouds we were greeted with sunny skies!
The castle itself was beautiful and the little town was adorable to explore during lunch.
We loved strolling down the Long Walk,  smelling the roses of the Moat Garden, and imagining the royal steps that trod where we stood.

    1. Yes you do, Tina!! We caught the perfect day to stroll around outside in the gardens and it wasn't terribly busy inside the castle. I totally recommend it!

  4. Oh my gosh!! What a charming place!! This is a stupid question, but does anyone still live in that Castle? Or is it used for something else now? I would totally love to see this! Next time, pack me in your suitcase with you! :)

    1. Thanks, Amy!!! You should!! It was dreamy! I half-expected (or rather, really, really hoped!) Prince Harry would just wander down the hallway of the castle and stare into my deep, brown eyes and ask me to be his princess :) haha

  7. Thanks for this, Ellie! We made a stop in Windsor a few months ago, but only had an hour. We plan to make a trip back to spend more time as we could tell it had major potential during that one hour. This post has definitely proved that to be true!
